O-Z/Gedney, the premium supplier of electrical components for commercial applications, announces the new AXB Expansion Fittings. Used to join long conduit runs, AXB expansion fittings incorporate an internal bonding jumper that aids installation, maintenance and durability where theft, harsh conditions and temperature variations are a constant threat to connections.
At the core of the AXB is an internal copper-braid jumper that eliminates the need for an external jumper. The AXB jumper configuration keeps the connection sealed and secure from corrosion and theft. The corrosion-resistant, hot-dipped galvanized outer casing is watertight and available in trade sizes from ½” through 2” with 4” and 8” movement. The outer casing also slides open to view the jumper for simple, no-tools-required field inspections.
