O-Z/Gedney Type EZS Sealing Fittings incorporate a unique sealing cover that can be tightened from virtually any angle. The small turning radius, combined with the all-angle design, makes the fittings ideal for space-sensitive installations of rigid conduit or IMC.
Type EZS Sealing Fittings provide electrical contractors with a reliable method of preventing flames, volatile gases or explosive vapors from entering conduit runs in locations defined as hazardous by the National Electrical Code (NEC) including petrochemical and chemical plants, refineries, waste treatment centers and paint factories.
Type EZS fittings are ruggedly built from malleable iron and suitable for wet locations. Standard finish is zinc electroplated, with optional hot dip or mechanical galvanized finishes also available.
Type EZS fittings come in 1/2 inch to 4 inch trade sizes.
