The Tray-Bond™ Cable Tray Clamp from O-Z/Gedney resolves the problems associated with connecting rigid conduit, EMT and IMC to cable trays, plus provides excellent grounding continuity to help keep workers and equipment safe.
Tray-Bond clamps secure and bond conduit to the side rails of steel or aluminum cable trays without time-consuming drilling or welding. As the clamp’s U-bolt is tightened, the force is concentrated in the clamping jaws providing an excellent grounding path and high-strength mechanical attachment. Serrations in the clamp’s grounding pad bite into the tray for added stability and grounding conductivity.
UL Listed and CSA Certified, Tray-Bond is engineered to work with conduit trade sizes of 1/2-inch to 4-inches. On the 1 1/2-inch through 4-inch size models, conduit can attach to the tray from any angle up to 120 degrees, enabling fast and easy routing of large power or control cables.
Tray-Bond’s rugged construction — with galvanized malleable iron body and galvanized steel U-bolt and nuts — provide excellent corrosion resistance. The clamps meet NEC 318-7(b)(4) bonding requirements.
